01Who we are
This corporate website is operated by DAWNFORGE LABS (PVT) LTD, a private limited company incorporated in Sri Lanka, under the DAWNFORGE brand. Our registered business address is No.40/40, New Rathnapura Road, Avissawella, Sri Lanka.
This policy covers this corporate website and enquiries sent to us. HYDEOUT is developed and operated by the same legal entity, but its product-specific privacy policy, when provided, governs the HYDEOUT service separately.
02Information you provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, company or organization, subject, message, and other information you choose to include. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
We do not request passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through this website.
03Contact form and email
The contact form validates the details in your browser and prepares a draft in your chosen email application. The website does not submit the form to a server or store the form contents in browser storage. We receive your message only if you send the email.
Once sent, your message and email metadata are processed by the email services involved in delivery and by our email provider. We use the information to respond and manage the enquiry. A hidden field helps deter automated form use; it is not a tracking mechanism.
04Technical information
Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, request times, and security or error logs. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles. Provider retention and access controls depend on the hosting arrangements.
05How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, discuss our company and products, manage business and platform communications, maintain website reliability and security, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a basis for processing, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, such as your consent, steps you request in connection with a business relationship, applicable legal obligations, or a permitted legitimate interest in handling correspondence and protecting the website. We do not sell your personal information or use contact enquiries to automatically subscribe you to marketing.
06Cookies and analytics
The current website does not use non-essential analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or embedded third-party analytics. The application does not set cookies or use local storage to retain your form details.
Hosting access or security services may use essential cookies where necessary to provide or protect access. Fonts and brand graphics are served with the website. We will update this policy if we introduce analytics or other technologies and request consent where required.
07Service providers and links
Hosting, security, and email providers may process information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or security.
Links to HYDEOUT and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern those services.
08Retention and security
We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, manage the relevant relationship, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the context and any applicable requirements; we review information for deletion when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including access controls and secure website delivery. No system or method of transmission is completely secure. Avoid sending confidential credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
09Your privacy choices
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent for future processing. Some rights are subject to conditions and exceptions.
Contact harryappdev@gmail.com to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. We will respond as required by applicable law. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority where that right applies.
10Children’s privacy
This corporate website is intended for business and general company information, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can assess and address it.
11International processing
We are based in Sri Lanka. The hosting and email providers used to deliver the website and correspondence may process information in other countries. Where applicable, we take steps to ensure that such processing follows relevant legal requirements. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
12Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
